Dr. Siva Kartuuri is currently working jointly in the Research School of Engineering and Research School of Physics. His research interests lie primarily in the areas of materials synthesis and device fabrication with extensive experience in photoelectrodes, solar cells, catalyst synthesis, and integrated systems for direct solar hydrogen generation. He received a PhD degree from Nanyang Technological University in Materials Science and Engineering in 2013. He worked briefly as a postdoctoral fellow in the School of Photovoltaics & Renewable Energy Engineering at the University of New South Wales before moving to ANU in 2014.
