The Australian Agricultural Centre provides innovative discovery and education of agriculture. A holistic educational centre providing informal and formal education. Informal education through a tourism centre that educates children and the broader population on food and fibre production. �Planting the Seed� to encourage the next generation to choose agriculture, communicate the careers involved in Agriculture, and build an understanding of where their food and fibre comes from, adding value back to the producer. This centre will include a paddock to plate restaurant, gift shop, and information centre. The formal education centre will be an off campus facility for universities, TAFE and High Schools, to facilitate access to agricultural courses, and practical components required to complete their courses. Enabling more students to be able to Study Ag. We will provide access to micro credentialing, building skills, for people new to, or already in the industry. The centre will also provide field days and training and demonstrations of the innovation and technology to encourage more people to be efficient and effective producers. Our 400ac demonstration farm will run as a working property with test plots and demonstrations. The Australian Agricultural Centre will also have 100 bed bunkhouse accommodation for students and teachers in the old shearer�s quarters. The whole centre will be powered by renewable energy.
